JEANINE IERARDI, CRPA

INTAKE COORDINATOR & CRPA
Jeanine is an Intake Coordinator and Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) at Wholeview. Her professional career began in 1996 after she attended St. John’s University for 2 years. She then worked at a software company as an Executive Assistant, where she was promoted various times over 10 years. She went on to further develop her administrative, technological, and organizational skills at a law firm and an accounting firm. In 2018 she decided to go back and complete her BA in Psychology with a Concentration in Psychological Development. She graduated in 2021 from the City University of NY – School of Professional Studies.
Jeanine knew she wanted to do more meaningful work and help people struggling with substance use disorders. She enrolled at Molloy University where she is currently taking classes to obtain her Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) certification. She simultaneously took classes towards her Peer Advocate certification and passed the Certified Recovery Peer Advocate exam in November 2023 and is on target to take the CASAC exam by the end of 2024. Recently she combined her administrative skills with her passion for addiction counseling and over the last few years has worked at various outpatient programs to gain more experience in the field of addiction. She is excited to help contribute to making positive changes in people’s lives and to provide support, education, and intervention to individuals who struggle with substance abuse disorders.
