PSYCHIATRIC NURSE PRACTITIONER (ADDICTION)

We are seeking an NP who will work closely with our Medical Director as we launch a new program for the treatment of Medicaid patients. At Wholeview, you will enjoy a flexible schedule, working remotely alongside PhD level psychologists who strive to make treatment interesting, engaging, accessible, and even, dare we say… fun for the patient.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide psychiatric care to Wholeview Direct patients in the IOP and outpatient OASAS program Conduct screenings to ensure patients do not have communicable diseases Integrate MAT and psychiatric medication into case conceptualizations and treatment Collaborate with the Program Administrator on program psychiatric/medical needs Review patient toxicology tests and consult with clinical staff Prescribe RESET and RESET-O digital therapeutic as appropriate for patients Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be a nurse practitioner licensed and currently registered as such by New York State and shall have at least one year of education, training, and/or experience in substance use disorder services. Must be comfortable prescribing MOUD through telehealth.
