Many individuals and organizations refer patients to us for addiction recovery treatment. We’re commited to collaborating with our referrers to ensure seamless transitions into treatment and to ensure patients understand and can access supportive services after their time with us.
Wholeview has a longstanding history as a respected provider of comprehensive outpatient treatment for alcohol and substance use disorders, trauma and associated disorders. Patients and loved ones are referred to us by a wide array of clinicians, interventionists, hospitals, sober coaches, detox and rehab programs, case managers, and individuals in various community settings such as churches and community organizations.
Some referrers will sit with a patients to review our website and complete our Contact Us form. You can also use this form to inquire about a referral. We respond to requests submitted via this form within one business day.
