Eden Sherman

Eden Sherman is a postdoctoral fellow with a doctorate in clinical psychology from William Paterson University. She completed her predoctoral internship at the New Jersey VA, providing evidence-based treatment for veterans with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), substance use disorders, and co-occurring depression and anxiety in both inpatient and outpatient programs. She has trained in a variety of treatment settings, providing individual and group therapy for both substance use disorders and PTSD.

Dr. Sherman takes a holistic approach to therapy and utilizes techniques from evidence-based treatments including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship, trust, and teamwork are at the foundation of meaningful treatment.
