Craig Zwerling brings over 15 years of extensive experience in Corporate Finance, with a strong background in Financial Planning and Analysis, Strategic Finance, Operational Analysis, Treasury and Risk Management, and Accounting. He began his career at Citigroup’s healthcare investment banking group, where he honed his skills in valuation analyses and financial modeling. Craig transitioned to early-stage companies, significantly contributing to their growth. At ProCure Treatment Centers, he played a pivotal role in capital raising, financial modeling, operational analysis, and revenue cycle management.

Most recently, Craig served as Vice President of Finance and Human Resources at iAnthus Capital Holdings, Inc. a leading company in the cannabis industry. As the first employee hired by the co-founders, he was instrumental in building the company’s financial infrastructure, managing treasury and banking relationships, and facilitating a reverse merger that led to a public listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange. He also oversaw the creation and implementation of financial and operational KPIs, managed companywide insurance policies, and drove significant cost-saving initiatives. Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Babson College, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude and received the Undergraduate Finance Award. His comprehensive expertise and strategic vision have consistently driven financial success and operational efficiency in the organizations he has been part of.
