Carly Moskowitz, LMHC, CASAC
Carly Moskowitz is a New York State-licensed Mental Health Counselor and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC). She is currently a doctoral student in the Mental Health Counseling program at Pace University. Carly graduated from Long Island University with a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Drug and Alcohol Abuse Studies from Iona College.
Carly has experience providing treatment for adults and families at outpatient chemical dependence and mental health programs. She has training in supporting recovery with Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT). Carly practices therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI), and mindfulness techniques. Carly is also trained in trauma interventions including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
Before working at Wholeview, Carly was a Clinical Program Director for an OASAS Outpatient program. She has experience supervising staff and managing the day-to-day operations of the program. Carly has previously taught classes for a 350-hour CASAC program.
